Laura J. Graetz, Acting Learning & Development Manager
A graduate of UF, Laura has worked for the City for 3 years. She joins GCU to lend her expertise in leadership and communications. With a background in the private sector and a passion for employee engagement, she brings a fresh viewpoint to customer service. Prior to moving to Learning & Development, Laura was responsible for all HR communications and special projects, including the Employee Opinion Survey. She also serves as a member of several City-wide teams, including TEAM, the Communications Advisory Group and the Internal Communications Workgroup.

Eric M. Milch, Learning & Development Specialist
Eric has worked for the City for 2+ years. He currently is involved in needs assessment, program design and development and performance management. Eric teaches courses in Manager and Supervisor Development and Leadership Development. Eric holds Master's and Specialist Degrees in Counselor Education and has worked as an Organizational and Management Development consultant with a variety of Fortune 500 companies.

Donna M. Agerton, Learning & Development Specialist
Donna has worked for the City for 2+ years. She teaches Business Communication, Supervisor and Leadership Development and the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. Donna holds a BA from FSU. Donna has nine years experience as a Human Resources professional specializing in leadership, communication and professional development instructional design. She also has three years experience teaching English, speech and drama.

Suzanne C. Patton, Training Technician
Suzanne has worked for the City for 9+ years. She conducts New Employee Orientation and is additionally responsible for tuition reimbursement, tracking employee training, class scheduling and enrollment and administrative support for GCU. Suzanne is a certified Training Generalist.
